FORGIVE.ME

Forgive me... I'm sorry... thank you... I love you.   As much as Facebook posts might make you assume… life is not only rainbows and unicorns. Day 15 of our travels my daughter states in tears after a morning of emotional overwhelment : “I wish my sister was never born, and I wish you would die”.The words pierced my heart like nothing I have felt before. I knew that something like this would be on the menue one day. Yet, I expected it more towards teenager times. These tough emotions coming up at at the age of six hit me like a hammer... super unprepared. I tried to neutralize in a conversation with my daughter and noticed quickly: not possible....

SCHOOL.A.QUERY

sh sh sh… the Nespresso foamer in the background is making cacao, the way Lea likes it best: little cacao, lots of honey. She sits on the kitchen counter bending over the twirling milk licking honey from her finger. It’s 10 past 10 in the night and she’s supposed to be asleep since 8pm. I’m suppose to implement the new data security on my website and send out a newsletter. They are supposed to register actively to stay in contact. Everything rests deep within itself. The sky turns grey, the sun seems on holiday...we citizens of the northern hemisphere want to follow the light, the warmth and feel the ease of summer. A life at the beach, light shirts, shorts and flip flops. Coconut water for breakfast and mango for lunch. The asian paradise is almost perfect, if it wasn't for the those small creatures sucking our blood and colonising our intestines, or wounds and cuts in our skin. As much as Asia has to offer ripe, tasty fruits,...

ACROYOGA.AND.PREGNANCY

Being female includes the gift of the ability to give birth. It's about stepping into the power of the Goddess which births new life into the world. With this incredible power comes the responsibility (as our ability to respond) to make the right choices for ourselves and therefor state an example for our children and the world around us. It's a powerful moment which requires us to stop looking on the outside for answers, but to turn inward and find OUR way of walking the path into motherhood. Our sisters will always be there to support us and while they have powerful tools to point us in the right direction having walked their path before us, they (me included) will...
