45€ / per couple In this workshop we'll explore the power of the Vagus nerve to induce deep relaxation!
Together we'll learn ThaiYoga techniques visiting all the important sensory areas of the vagus nerve: neck / throat, heart, lungs, liver, visceral organs. All techniques follow one goal, to stimulate the vagus nerve, which dials up the parasympathetic nervous system to induce deep, rejuvenating relaxation. No previous experience needed. You DO NEED A PARTNER with whom you can practice. This is a practical, hands on workshop in which we'll feel the immediate response of the nervous system to the practice.
Prepare at home:
ThaiYoga massage bed: doubled up yoga mats plus blanket or bodywork mat
hot water bottle if you're in the northern hemisphere
tea or water
a notebook if you wish
The workshop will be recorded and the video is available to you after the practice for further study.
